Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Salon Policies Out of courtesy, I respectfully ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. • Less than 48 hours’ notice: Cancellations or reschedules made within this time frame will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service price to the card on file. • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: Clients will be responsible for 100% of the scheduled service price, which will be charged to the card on file. • Late arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to complete your service, and a cancellation fee will apply. • Rescheduling limits: After two cancellations or reschedules, future appointments must be paid in full upfront and booked directly through me, not through the website. • After-hours services: Appointments scheduled outside of regular business hours will incur an after-hours fee of $25 per additional hour, added to the total service cost. • Children in the salon: Due to salon liability and respect for other clients, small children not receiving a service are not permitted. If arrangements cannot be made, children must remain off salon chairs, equipment, and tools at all times. • Booking & contact: All cancellations and reschedules must be made through the online booking system.
