Cancellation Policy

Out of courtesy, I respectfully ask that you give a 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations, or reschedules. In the case that less than 48 hours notice that is given for a cancellation the 50% deposit is non transferable to another appointment time, or the card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service if deposit was not made. Cancellations that are less than 24 hours or no shows will be responsible for 100% of the scheduled service priced if 50% deposit was made the rest will be charged to card on file. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 mins late for your appointment, I may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply. All deposits are non refundable, only transferable if client reschedules before 48 hours. I ask that you please try to make arrangements for all small children not receiving a service due to liabilities for the salon, and respect for other clients receiving services. If you can not find arrangements please make sure that they keep off of salon chairs, equipment, and tools. Thank you for understanding my policies. All cancellations and reschedules must go through booking website. If you cancel and do not reschedule you will not receive a refund on deposit. After 48 hours you must contact me at 601-760-0454. After 2 reschedules or cancellations, service must be paid upfront to book and you will have to book through me not through the website.
